Every module Tesselform has now: Scan, Scan-to-CAD, Design and Automation, with their updates. We may add new modules in future, for example for CAM or 3D printing, and those may be sold separately rather than included in the Suite.

A pass is for a single job, so it opens every tool for its week or month: you never find the one you need is missing. For a module on its own, take an annual subscription or a perpetual licence.

One named person, with one licence key. Tesselform is active on one computer at a time: to move to another, such as from a workstation to a laptop, deactivate it on the first from inside Tesselform or from your account page. Each seat carries its own modules, so one person can have Scan and Scan-to-CAD while another has only Design.

Yes: 10% off 2 or more, 15% off 5 or more, 20% off 20 or more. It counts the seats bought in one order, or in your subscription, so adding seats later can move the whole subscription to the next step. It applies to every way to buy, on top of introductory pricing, and checkout shows it before you pay.

Yes, from Billing on your account page, once it has been on its seat for 30 days. Modules belong to a licence key rather than floating between computers, so one module cannot be shared around a team. Adding modules, or upgrading a seat to the Suite, can be done at any time.

Only now and then. It checks its licence when it can, quietly. A subscription needs to check in at least every 14 days; passes and perpetual licences run offline for their whole length. Your scans and models never leave your computer.

Your licence keeps working, for good, with every version released while maintenance ran. New versions released after it ends ask for maintenance to be renewed. Renewal continues from the date maintenance ended, a year at a time, so a gap is paid for rather than skipped.

Yes, from Billing on your account page. You see exactly what a change costs before you confirm it: additions are charged pro rata for the rest of the current period, and removals leave a credit against future invoices.

From Billing on your account page, in two clicks. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Tesselform keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for. Passes and perpetual licences never renew, so there is nothing to cancel.

If you buy as a private individual, you can cancel within 14 days of buying: a subscription or pass is refunded for the time you have not used, and a perpetual licence or maintenance in full unless you have already downloaded or activated it, as explained at checkout. Otherwise, a period or pass you have paid for is not refunded, but it keeps running to its end. Your legal rights if the software is faulty are not affected. No. We are not registered for VAT at the moment, so the prices shown are what you pay and our invoices show no VAT. If you buy as a business outside the UK, any tax due where you are, such as under the reverse charge, is for you to account for.
