1. About these terms

This website is run by Tesselform Ltd, whose details are on our company information page. By using the website, you agree to these terms. Buying a subscription is covered by our Terms of Sale, and using the software by our Licence Agreement.

2. Using the site

You may use the website for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any account that is not yours;
  • interfere with the website, for example by introducing malicious code or overloading it with automated requests;
  • use our forms to send spam or content that is unlawful, abusive or infringes anyone's rights; or
  • copy the website's content in bulk, or use it to train or feed an automated system, without our permission.

If you think you have found a security weakness, please tell us at helpdesk@tesselform.com and do not exploit it.

3. What is on the site

We work to keep the website accurate, but it is general information, not advice for your particular project. Product details can change as Tesselform develops. Figures described as measured come from our own tests, which the website describes; your results depend on your own scans and use. The 3D vehicle on the home page is a real scan, shown with the results of processing it in Tesselform; the other 3D demonstrations on the website use made-up geometry built for it.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website, and we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

4. Intellectual property

The website's design, text, graphics, code and software belong to us or to our licensors. You may view it, and print or download extracts for your own reference, but you may not otherwise copy or reuse it without our permission. Tesselform, the Tesselform logo and the TF mark are our trade marks. The website's typeface, Public Sans, is used under the SIL Open Font License.

Links to other websites are for your information. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information.

6. Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from using, or being unable to use, the website or from relying on its content. If you use the website as a business, we are not liable for loss of profit, business, revenue, opportunity or data, or for indirect loss. If you use it as a consumer, we are not liable for any business losses.

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version at the top shows when they last changed. They are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, but if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings there.
